北京BJ40以内嵌式防滚架的设计营造的坚固的车身结构，为驾乘人员提供安全保护氛围，令人可以无忧越野驾驶，穿行多种险要地形。北京BJ40以高强度钢制作内嵌式笼状车身防滚架骨架，使用独特的涨压成型技术。外部车身以多种材料相结合，打造成以保护驾驶舱空间为核心的主体车身结构。底盘大梁采用变截面结构设计，保证在严重事故中前后端吸收动能，维持中段结构完整不变形。

Beijing BJ40 uses high-strength steel to make an embedded cage-shaped body anti-roll frame frame, using unique pressure expansion molding technology. The external body is made of a combination of various materials to create a main body structure centered on protecting the cockpit space.
