中国电子科技南湖研究院（简称“南湖院”）是中国电子科技集团有限公司和浙江省嘉兴市政府贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略和长三角区域一体化战略、加快新一代网络信息技术创新而设立的重要载体。瞄准重大战略需求与前沿技术发展方向，南湖院以建设一流研究院为目标，聚焦智能物联网领域感知、存储、计算等关键共性技术、关键产品和系统的研究开发，重点布局感存算一体化、类脑计算、先进算法与机器人等核心技术方向，引领支撑科技产业发展。

The South Lake Research Institute of China Electronics Technology (hereinafter referred to as "South Lake Institute") is an important platform established by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and the Jiaxing Municipal Government of Zhejiang Province, in implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the Yangtze River Delta regional integration strategy, aiming to accelerate the innovation of the new generation of network information technology. Targeting major strategic needs and the direction of cutting-edge technology development, South Lake Institute aims to build a first-class research institute. It focuses on the research and development of key common technologies, critical products, and systems in the field of intelligent Internet of Things, including perception, storage, and computing. The institute prioritizes the layout of core technology directions such as integrated sensing, storage, and computing, brain-like computing, advanced algorithms, and robotics, leading and supporting the development of the science and technology industry.
