IFBOT X3光伏机器人是目前体积最小、重量最轻并采用独特旋转清洁模式的智能机器。在轻量化的设计理念下,无需配套设施、方便搬运。一个人能够轻松完成原本十个人的工作量,彻底解决了各种类型与规模的光伏模块清洁难题。IFBOT机器人通过可移动吸盘将自身紧密吸附在光伏板表面,错位分布的辅助吸盘能够使其在0-75°的光滑斜面上更稳定地自由行走,搭载集成传感器,使机器人能够精准检测阵列边缘,自动调整角度,自主计算最优最有效的清洁路线。每个清洁单元配备2个相向旋转的纳米纤维滚刷,可将吸附在表面的灰尘颗粒挑起后聚集,经由涡轮增压离心风机的离心力瞬间吸入尘盒。 IFBOT X3 is the smallest and lightest photovoltaic cleaning intelligent robot with a unique rotation operation mode. Under the design concept of light weight there is no need for supporting facilities and convenient handling. This cleaning robot allows one person to easily complete the workload of ten people. Which completely solves the cleaning problems of various types and sizes of PV modules.The IFBOT robot attaches itself closely to the surface of the photovoltaic panel through movable suction cups. The misplaced auxiliary suction cups enable it to walk freely on the smooth inclined surface of 0-75° more stably. The integrated sensors enable the robot to accurately detect the edge of the array automatically adjust the Angle and automatically calculate the optimal and most effective cleaning route. Each cleaning unit is equipped with two oppositely rotating nanofiber roller brushes which can pick up the dust particles adsorbed on the surface and gather them and then suck them into the dust box instantly by the centrifugal force of the turbocharged centrifugal fan.
