风帆有限责任公司简介

风帆有限责任公司（下简称风帆）系中国船舶重工集团动力股份有限公司全资子公司，公司前身保定蓄电池厂始建于1958年，是“一五”期间国家156个重点建设项目之一。

风帆公司是奔驰、宝马、奥迪、通用等众多主机厂配套供应商，连续多年跻身于“中国汽车零部件百强企业”。公司拥有博士后科研工作站和发改委、科技部双认定的国家级企业技术中心，设有中国船舶国防动力电源研究院，系国家高新技术企业，被国家知识产权局确定为第三批全国企事业知识产权试点单位，通过国军标9001C和IATF16949质量管理体系认证、GB/T24001和GB/T28001环境和职业健康安全管理体系认证，系中国化学与物理电源行业协会酸性蓄电池分会和中国电池工业协会铅酸蓄电池分会理事长单位。

        The Profile of Fengfan Co.,Ltd.

Fengfan Co.,Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Fengfan)is the sole subsidiary of the China Shipbuilding Industry Group Power Co.,Ltd. Fengfan,whose predecessor was Baoding Battery Factory, was set up in 1958. And its also one of the 156 Key Construction Projects during the First-Five year plan period.

Fengfan supples batteries to many OEM customer including Benz, BMW,AUDI,GM and etc. Also, Fengfan has ranked among the “China top 100 auoto parts enterprises”for many years.

It has the  post-doctoral workstaion and national enterprise tech center recognized by National Development and Reform Comission and Ministry of Science and Technology.  The national defense power research institute owned by China Shipbuilding Industry Group Power Co.,Ltd is set up in Fengfan.According to this, Fengfan ,as the National Hi-tech enterprise,is confirmed to be the the third batch of national enterprises and institutions intellectual property pilot units. And Fengfan is certified by the National Military Standards 9001C、 the IATF1649 Quality Management system、GB/T24001、and the GB/T28001 Environment Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The Fengfan is the chairman unit of  China chemical and physical power industry association acid battery branch and the Lead acid battery branch of China Battery Industry Association.
