梅傲笙女士将香港视作亚洲领先的设计中心，连接设计师与国际及中国市场。在担任香港设计师协会第一位女性主席期间，由她主导推出了一对一设计与商业配对平台「设计对」DesignMatch、香港设计峰会等項目。在她的带领下，香港设计师协会首创亚洲以设计为核心的 BDA 品牌大奖，鼓励品牌以设计为重要桥梁，赋能各行各业的商业价值

Mui Kinoshita, Chairman of the Hong Kong Designers Association, is a renowned Hong Kong-based designer and entrepreneur. With extensive international experience across the UK, Finland, Italy, and Japan, she brings a unique global perspective to industrial and strategic design.

As founder of multiple firms including ASA Innovation & Technology, Venture Design, and CycleCore Ltd., she is recognized for her innovation and creativity. Her outstanding achievements include top industry awards such as the iF Gold Award, Red Dot Design Award, and DFA Young Design Talent Award, as well as prestigious accolades from Alibaba Jumpstarter, HSBC, and The Peninsula Hotels.

In her role as the first female Chairman of the HKDA, she actively promotes Hong Kong as a leading design hub connecting Asia and the world. She has launched key initiatives like the business-matching platform “DesignMatch” and the design-focused BDA Brand Design Award, driving the use of design to create commercial value across industries. She also serves as a Director of the Hong Kong Design Centre and an advisor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, further contributing to the growth of global design talent.
