江苏省航空航天工业设计研究院执行院长，博导，国家重大人才工程A类青年学者，江苏省科技副总，南京航空航天大学长空学者。主持科技委、国家自然科学基金、国际社会科学基金等国家项目5项，主持和组织国家航空航天等复杂装备等重大工业项目10余项。主持获中国发明协会二等奖1项，主编设计类教材4本，发表权威学术论文40余篇，实践成果在航空航天航海设计等领域得到广泛推广应用。

Executive Dean of the Jiangsu Aerospace Industry Design and Research Institute, PhD Supervisor, Class A Young Scholar under the National Major Talent Programme, Deputy Chief Scientist of Jiangsu Province, and Changkong Scholar at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Presided over five national projects including those from the Science and Technology Commission, the National Natural Science Foundation, and the International Social Science Fund. Led and organised over ten major industrial projects involving complex equipment such as national aerospace systems. Awarded the Second Prize by the China Invention Association. Authored four design textbooks and published over forty authoritative academic papers. Practical achievements have been widely applied in aerospace and maritime design fields.
