王铭来，毕业于湖北美术学院。设计作品屡次获得国内外奖项。担任河北大学、保定学院、河北农业大学艺术设计系指导老师。为京津冀多家企业提供设计及产品研发服务。对企业新旧动能转换和创新发展起到引领作用，开展基础研究、技术研发、创新设计、人才培养等创新工程，带动工业制造业转型升级，为新旧动能转换产业创新协同发展做出贡献。

Wang Minglai graduated from Hubei Institute of Fine Arts. His design works have won many awards at home and abroad. He served as an instructor of the Art and Design Department of Hebei University, Baoding University and Hebei Agricultural University. He provides design and product development services for many enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.  plays a leading role in the conversion and innovative development of new and old kinetic energy of enterprises, carries out innovative projects such as basic research, technology research and development, innovative design, and talent training, drives the transformation and upgrading of the industrial manufacturing industry, and contributes to the innovative and coordinated development of the new and old kinetic energy conversion industry.
