从1994年入职韩国设计振兴院，是代表韩国设计产业的公共机构，负责设计教育、企业支持和展示等业务。2010年也获得了成均馆大学设计经营硕士学位。因对韩国设计产业发展做出的贡献，2016年产业通商资源部部长授予表彰奖。

In 1994, HOI Keeyeul joined the Korea Institute of Design Promotion, a public institution representing the design industry in Korea, where he responsible for design education, corporate support, and exhibitions. In 2010, he also received a master's degree in design management from Sungkyunkwan University. In 2016, the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy awarded the Commendation Award for his contribution to the development of Korea's design industry.
