王复华是台湾设计师，毕业于意大利米兰新美术学院产品设计硕士。曾在多家知名设计工作室工作，如Layer Design、Studio Volpi、米兰先锋物联网设计机构THINGS。在过去的几年中，他曾担任意大利智能照明公司Twinkly的创意总监。2023年，创立了米兰/上海创新设计机构NOI Creative并担任创意总监。

他拥有10多年在工业设计及物联网的设计经验，并希望透过整合工业产品及数字产品的虚实融合体验(Phygital Experience)，来帮助企业和品牌提升产品体验及品牌定位。他的专业领域包括产品设计和交互设计在内的各种项目，并支持初创公司发展业务及扶植企业成长。他认为每个项目都是创新故事的新篇章，是观察、体验、科技和美的设计旅程。

他认为好的产品体验应该结合好的工业设计及数字体验，以设计为桥梁，让使用者可以更直觉得使用，并且透过优化用户流程提升整体的产品体验。

Fuhua Wang is a Taiwanese designer, and he graduated from NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arte in the Product Design Master program in Milan, Italy. He has worked in many well-known design studios, such as Layer Design, Studio Volpi, and Milan's pioneer IoT design agency, THINGS. In the past years, he has worked as Creative Director for Twinkly, a Smart lighting company in Itay. In 2023, he co-founded NOI Creative, an Innovative Design Agency in Milan/Shanghai.

With more than 10 years of design experience in industrial design and IoT, he hopes to help companies and brands improve product experience and brand positioning by integrating the Phygital Experience of industrial products and digital products. His expertise includes product design and interaction design, and he supports startups in developing their businesses and fostering corporate growth. He believes that each project is a new chapter in the story of innovation, a design journey of observation, experience, technology, and beauty.
