马士丁毕业于燕山大学工业设计专业。从事工业设计行业14年，工业设计工程中级职称。2015年创立河北圣智工业设计有限公司。

第一届石家庄十大优秀工业设计产品奖金奖；第二届中国（定州）体育健身用品工业设计创新大赛金奖；台湾金点设计奖；中国优秀工业设计奖(CEID)入围两项；2022年河北省职工职业技能大赛个人第二名和团体第二名；河北工业设计周最佳展示奖；“京娘湖杯”第三届河北省文创和旅游商品创意设计大赛铜奖；“中瑞设计港杯”最佳创意设计奖。
