正高级工程师，国务院政府津贴专家，全国优秀科技工作者。现负责海尔全球诸多品牌产品创新设计工作。同时兼任中国工业设计协会副会长，中国流行色协会副会长，“科创中国”创新设计联合体副理事长，德国iF设计奖评委，国家标准化委员会委员，ISO/IEC委员等社会职务，牵头制定多项国际、国家标准，承接多项国家重大科技专项。
